Remote Support Session Disclaimer – IT Made Simple Ltd

By agreeing to and participating in a remote support session with IT Made Simple Ltd, you authorise our technician to access and control your device remotely for the purpose of diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.

This access may include viewing system settings, files, applications, and other information necessary to provide the requested support.

While IT Made Simple Ltd will exercise reasonable care and professional judgement during the support session, technical work carries inherent risks. IT Made Simple Ltd does not guarantee that all issues can be fully resolved and shall not be held liable for any loss of data, system errors, service interruptions, software conflicts, hardware failures, or other unintended consequences that may arise during or after the support session.

You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for ensuring that all important files and data on your device are properly backed up prior to the session. IT Made Simple Ltd accepts no responsibility for any data loss, corruption, or damage that may occur.

During troubleshooting, IT Made Simple Ltd may install, update, remove, or configure software, including third-party tools or utilities, where reasonably necessary to diagnose or resolve the issue. IT Made Simple Ltd is not responsible for the performance, security, licensing, or ongoing operation of any third-party software or services.

Remote access will be used solely for the purpose of providing support and will remain active only for the duration of the session unless otherwise agreed. By proceeding with the remote support session, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.
