I pride myself on offering a speedy service. I can fix most issues quickly the first time, minimising lost productivity. My record is just 3 minutes from report to solution—and it wasn’t just asking someone to turn it off and on again!
20 years of experience
From my early days tinkering with the ZX Spectrum and Commodore 64, I’ve always been fascinated by how things work. Whatever your IT problem, chances are I’ve seen it many times before.
Chris has looked after my I.T. systems for many years, my requirements are very specific, security of data has always been top of the agenda as well as the ability to work away from the country and have secure access to the data. Occasionally systems fail and Chris has always been on hand to get me back up and running no matter where or when.
